Seal coat project on Highway 19 from Marshall to Redwood Falls
Willmar, Minn. - Motorists will encounter delays on Highway 19 from Marshall to Redwood Falls as crews perform a seal coat project. The project is expected to conclude on August 4, weather permitting.
Mn/DOT urges motorists to plan ahead, watch for signs, and be alert for workers in the work zone.
