WILLMAR, Minn. - The Minnesota Department of Transportation office in Marshall announced today that Mn/DOT crews will be making repairs to both sidewalks on the bridge at Liberty Park on Highway 19 in Marshall starting Monday (July 1).

According to Jim Stoutland, Mn/DOT region engineer, it will be necessary to close the sidewalk to pedestrians as crews make repairs. Crews will repair one side at a time.

Stoutland advises motorists to use caution in this area and give workers plenty of room to work.

Weather permitting, the project will take two weeks. The sidewalks will be open over the July 4th holiday.
