WILLMAR, Minn. - According to Jim Christensen, project supervisor at the Minnesota Department of Transportation office in Willmar, a bituminous overlay project started today, August 13, on Highway 7 from Montevideo's east city limits to the junction of Highway 277.

Motorists will encounter minor delays. Flag personnel will route traffic through the work zone. Motorists are advised to slow down for their safety and the safety of our workers. Fines for speeding double in work zones.

Weather permitting, Mn/DOT anticipates that this project will be completed in five days (August 17).
