Description: Seal coating is a three-step process; spraying an asphalt
emulsion on the roadway followed by the spreading of a fine aggregate
and then it is compressed into the surface by a roller. This operation
is fast moving and causes minimal traffic interruptions.

Crack sealing

Description: Crack sealing is a two-step process; a router is used
to widen cracks/create a reservoir in the roadway surface, then
a sealing material is placed in the cracks and covered with paper.
Paper is used to cover the sealing material to prevent it from being
pulled out while the sealing material is cooling.
