HIGHWAY 12 (WILLMAR BYPASS) OPENS TODAY

Willmar, Minn. BThe Minnesota Department of Transportation office in Willmar announced today that Highway 12 between 7^th Street and Dolson Street ( Willmar Bypass) is open to traffic. Barricades were removed at 1:00 p.m. today (June 6).

The highway had been closed since April 17 due to a reconstruction project (bituminous surfacing and city utilities) on the downtown bypass in the city of Willmar.

Mn/DOT thanks motorists, businesses and local residents for their cooperation and patience during the project

Duininck Bros., Prinsburg, Minn., was the prime contractor for the $418,000 project.
