 MANKATO, Minn. — State Highway 22 south of Mankato will be closed to traffic beginning Monday, June 7 for about six weeks, according to officials at Blue Earth County.  Traffic will be detoured to State Highway 83 and Blue Earth County Highway 15.  Access to local businesses will be maintained from both the north and south ends of the closure.
 The closure is necessary to accommodate the construction of the intersection between the new South Route (County State-Aid Highway 90) and Highway 22.
