I-90 construction in Rock County results in lane closures beginning Sept. 3
Expect delays from Luverne to Magnolia on eastbound lanes
MANKATO, Minn. – Interstate 90 travelers heading east between Luverne and Magnolia should be aware of lane restrictions and possible delays beginning Sept. 3.
Traffic will be managed with one lane in each direction in the westbound lanes.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation has scheduled a project that includes resurfacing 8 miles of I-90 eastbound and constructing approach panels, new railing and new surface to the Rock County Road 3 Bridge. The project is expected to be complete in early November.
Duininck Incorporated of Prinsburg is the contractor on the $6,798,250 project.
