Expect delays overnight on Hwy 14 project in North Mankato July 22
Crews to set bridge beams
MANKATO, Minn. — Nighttime motorists on Highway 14 in North Mankato are advised to expect delays beginning at 8 p.m., Monday July 22 as crews move in bridge beams for the interchange with Nicollet County Road 41.
The setting of eight 108-feet concrete beams weighing nearly 45 tons will require detouring Highway 14 traffic onto the gravel ramps at the interchange under construction. Traffic will be controlled with a pilot car and flagging operation. Motorists are asked to remain alert and drive with caution.
This is the second year of the Highway 14/County Road 41 project and it will be complete this fall.
