Hwy 4 resurfacing near Godahl begins Sept. 26
Expect brief delays
MANKATO, Minn. – Motorists on Hwy 4 near Godahl should expect brief delays beginning Wednesday, Sept. 26, as crews resurface about four miles of Hwy to the west of Godahl.
Traffic will be controlled with flaggers and a pilot car for the duration of the project, which is expected to be complete in a week. Motorists are advised to slow down and drive with caution through the work zone.
The contractor on the $662,000 project is Knife River Corporation.
The completion of the Hwy 4 bridge replacement project north of St. James has been significantly delayed and will likely remain under construction into October.
