Hwy 60 lane closures near Madelia begin June 11
Expect future two-week detour through Madelia
MANKATO, Minn. —Motorists should expect Highway 60 restricted to one lane from Madelia to the south junction with Highway 15 beginning June 11 as crews resurface the road.
In addition, motorists should plan for a two-week detour through Madelia for work at the north Highway 15/60 junction later in the project.
The project, which will be completed by September, includes paving on the northbound and southbound lanes and work on the bridge approaches. Knife River Corporation is the contractor on the $6,036,434 project.
