Hwy 169 bridge repairs in Mankato close ramps, lanes beginning Aug. 29
MANKATO, Minn. - Motorists will encounter daytime ramp closures and lane restrictions near the Hwy 169 Minnesota River Bridge/North Star Bridge between Mankato and North Mankato from Aug. 29 to Sept. 1.
Crews plan to repair the bridge deck between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. All work is weather dependent.
Affected ramps include the South Riverfront ramp from southbound Hwy 169 in Mankato and Lookout Drive and Sherman Street ramps to southbound Hwy 169 in North Mankato. The northbound bridge deck was repaired in July.
Motorists are advised to visit www.511mn.org for current travel information and drive with caution through the work zones.
