Highway 30 in Mapleton opens Oct. 23
MANKATO, Minn. - Highway 30 in Mapleton will open to traffic this Friday, Oct. 23.
Highway 30 from the west edge of Mapleton to the junction with Highway 22 has been closed since early May for a reconstruction project that included new underground sanitary sewer and water main utilities, storm sewer piping, street grading, sidewalks and new driving surface.
The final surface will be applied in 2010 with minor impacts to traffic.
