MANKATO, Minn. - Resurfacing on Highway 99 from LeCenter to Highway 13 will begin the week of Aug. 6.

Traffic will be controlled with a pilot car. Motorists should drive with extreme caution in the work zone.

The six-mile project, which also includes adding five right-turn lanes for improved safety, is expected to take about six weeks.

Crane Creek Construction, Mathy Division, of Owatonna was awarded the project with a bid of $1,478,000.
