Mankato, Minn. (9 p.m.) Interstate 90 between State Highway 22 and State Highway 109 (Faribault and Freeborn Counties) is now open, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

However, water is now over State Highway 22 south of Wells resulting in a closure from Wells to I-90.

Interstate 90 had been closed early in the morning due to flooding.
