Highway 15 Closed for Two WeeksMankato, Minn. - Beginning Monday, May 3, State Highway 15 just south of the junction with State Highway 19 near Winthrop will be closed for about two weeks as the rail crossing is replaced, according to Robert Woodruff, supervisor at the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Traffic
will be detoured through Winthrop on Sibley County Road
33 while the Minnesota Prairie Line works on a new rail
crossing and Mn/DOT crews repair the pavement that was removed. Too
