Hwy 60 closed, detoured in Wabasha for water main break repair
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Highway 60 (Pembroke Ave) in Wabasha is closed and detoured until Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 4, while the city of Wabasha repairs a water main break, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The detour route is marked with signs. The break occurred at Market Street, so traffic is being detoured around that area on Monday, Oct. 3 and for a portion of the day Tuesday, Oct. 4.

MnDOT urges motorists to follow these recommendations in work zones:
• Stay alert
• Watch for signs, equipment and workers
• Minimize distractions, such as using cell phones, eating or drinking
• Avoid tailgating
• Follow posted speed limits and directional signs
• Stay in one lane while driving through a work zone
