Pedestrian accessibility improvements in Wanamingo begin May 28
ROCHESTER, Minn. — Pedestrians and motorists can expect sidewalk and intermittent shoulder closures as crews begin pedestrian accessibility improvements on Highway 57 in Wanamingo Tuesday, May 28.
TI-Zack Concrete Inc., is the prime contractor for the $291,333 project, which also includes pedestrian accessibility work on Highway 16 in Houston.
This pedestrian accessibility project is scheduled to be completed by late June, weather permitting.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
