Construction activities on the Elk Run interchange resumes

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Construction activities on the Elk Run interchange project on Highway 52 near Pine Island will resume as early as March 20, weather permitting. Traffic on Highway 52 will not be impacted at this time.

Access to 520th Street northwest from Highway 52 will remain open while it is under construction. For now, medians along Highway 52 in this section will remain open. 

Motorists traveling on Olmsted County Roadway 18 should watch out for construction vehicles crossing the roadway.
