Environmental Assessment public hearing for Winona Bridge project set for Oct. 17
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Interested individuals are invited to attend the Environmental Assessment (EA) public hearing on Thursday, Oct. 17, from 4 - 6 p.m. at the Winona Armory, 1303 Homer Rd., Winona, Minn. The hearing will be an open house format with no formal presentations being made.
Community members will be able to obtain and share information about the Winona Bridge project by viewing updated project maps, formally commenting on the Environmental Assessment for the bridge, discussing the preferred alternatives and learning about the current status of the project.
Representatives from MnDOT will be available to answer questions about the EA and bridge project.
Individuals who are unable to attend can view copies of the EA at the following locations:
- MnDOT District 6, 2900 48th St. NW, Rochester
- Winona Public Library, 151 W. 5th St., Winona
- Winona Department of Public Works, 207 Lafayette St., Room 200, Winona
