I-35 northbound exit ramp to westbound I-90 near Albert Lea has reopened
ROCHESTER, Minn. — The northbound Interstate 35 exit ramp to westbound Interstate 90 ramp has reopened.
It had been closed since Sept. 17 as crews resurfaced the ramp.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
