Lane restrictions on I-35 in Steele County begin Aug. 6
ROCHESTER, Minn. — Motorists traveling on Interstate 35 between Owatonna and Faribault will encounter lane closures beginning Monday, Aug. 6, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The closures will be in effect from 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. through Thursday, Aug. 9, weather permitting.
The closures are necessary while crews resurface along the fog line in each lane.
MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
