Highway 14 in Winona County opens to traffic

 

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Motorists can now drive on Highway 14 near Lewiston, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
                                     

Highway 14 had been closed while crews replaced culverts.

Dunn Blacktop, a division of Mathy Construction, is the prime contractor for the project.

MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
