Eastbound Highway 14 to southbound I-35 ramp to close in Owatonna Jan. 6
ROCHESTER, Minn. — The eastbound Highway 14 to southbound Interstate 35 ramp will close from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, and traffic will use a detour.
Detour:
Motorists traveling east on Highway 14 will go south on 32nd Avenue Northwest, east on Bridge Street and back to southbound I-35.
The closure is necessary as crews replace guardrail along the ramp.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
