Interstate 35 southbound near Highway 19 reopens

 

ROCHESTER, Minn. – (2:08 p.m.)  All southbound Interstate 35 lanes are now open, just south of Highway 19, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

The southbound right lane was closed due to a crash.
