Interstate 35 southbound lane closure near Highway 19 due to crash
ROCHESTER, Minn. – (1:30 p.m.) A crash has reduced southbound Interstate 35 to one lane, just south of Highway 19, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The southbound lane will remain closed until further notice.
