Highway 65 near Albert Lea is now open
ROCHESTER, Minn.— Highway 65 near Albert Lea is now open to traffic, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Highway 65 was closed since Aug. 29 while Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad crews constructed a new railroad crossing.
