Highway 65 near Albert Lea to close for railroad work Aug. 29 

 

ROCHESTER, Minn.— Motorists will encounter a detour on Highway 65 near Albert Lea beginning Monday, Aug. 29, as Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad crews construct a new railroad crossing.

Construction of the new crossing is expected to last one week, weather permitting.
 

Detour:
Front Street to Newton Avenue back to Highway 65.
