Highway 63 intersection safety improvements in Stewartville now complete
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Safety improvements at the Highway 63/Sixth Street intersection in Stewartville are now complete, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Work included resurfacing the road and installing new traffic signals and intersection lighting.
MnDOT thanks motorists and pedestrians for their patience during this 12-week project. Elcor Construction Inc. was the prime contractor for the project.
MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
