Highway 63 intersection safety improvements in Stewartville begin June 13
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Motorists and pedestrians will experience minimal traffic and sidewalk delays beginning June 13 at the intersection of Highway 63 and Sixth Street in Stewartville, as crews make intersection safety improvements.
Work includes grading, resurfacing and new traffic signal and intersection lighting installation.
Elcor Construction Inc., is the prime contractor for the project, which is expected to be completed in late July.
MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
