TRAVEL ADVISORY
Highway 60 from Highway 61 to Wabasha County Road 30 closed due to flooding
ROCHESTER, Minn.— (11:00 a.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota State Patrol closed Highway 60 from Highway 61 to Wabasha County Road 30 at 11:00 a.m. due to flooding.
Traffic will be detoured to Wabasha County Road 30/Hiawatha Drive.
The Highway 60 roadway will remain closed until further notice.
Motorists should plan accordingly. When a road is closed it is illegal to travel in that area. Motorists can be fined up to $1,000 and/or 90 days in jail. In addition, if travelers need to be rescued from a closed road, other expenses and penalties will apply.
