Highway 52 West Frontage Road closure in Rochester begins Oct. 24  

 

 

ROCHESTER, Minn. — The West Frontage Road along Highway 52 will close between 48th Street Northwest and north of 43rd Street Northwest beginning Monday, Oct. 24.
                                       
Detours

Highway 52 northbound: Take the 55th Street exit

Highway 52 southbound: Take the 41st Street exit 


The closure is necessary while crews remove a culvert and redesign the Minnesota Department of Transportation parking lot entrance. All work is scheduled to be completed in early November, weather permitting.


Motorists will be able to access all businesses along the West Frontage Road during the closure.                                     
                                                           
MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
