Highway 30 near Blooming Prairie now open
ROCHESTER, Minn.— Highway near Blooming Prairie is now open to traffic, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Highway 30 was closed since Sept. 6 while Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern Railroad crews constructed a new railroad crossing.
