Highway 30 resurfacing in Waseca and Steele counties begins Sept. 19
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Motorists can expect delays on Highway 30 between Highway 13 and Ellendale beginning Sept. 19, as crews resurface the road.
Flaggers and a pilot car will control traffic throughout the project, which is scheduled to continue through mid-October, weather permitting.
When the project is complete, motorists will experience a smoother ride surface and a safer highway with new guardrail.
Crane Creek Asphalt, a division of Mathy Construction, is the prime contractor for the
$2.5 million project.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
