Highway 14 near Rochester lane closures for railroad work Nov. 15

 

ROCHESTER, Minn. — Motorists will encounter delays on Highway 14 between Chester and Eyota beginning Tuesday, Nov. 15, as Canadian Pacific Railroad crews replace wooden railroad ties on the railroad bridge.
                                                      
Flaggers will control traffic throughout the project, which is scheduled to continue through Wednesday, Nov. 16, weather permitting. Motorists will experience intermittent lane closures.
