Hwy 60 from Hwy 61 to Wabasha County Road 30 reopens
ROCHESTER, Minn. –(12:00 p.m.) Hwy 60 from Hwy 61 to Wabasha County Road 30 is now open, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Hwy 60 had been closed due to flooding.
