Public invited to Highway 58 bridge informational meeting Aug. 12
ROCHESTER, Minn. — Individuals interested in receiving an update about the Highway 58 bridge replacement project in Zumbrota are invited to a public meeting on Thursday, Aug. 12, at 10 a.m. The meeting will last approximately 30 minutes.
The meeting will be held in the former Kalass Agency parking lot near the bridge. People who attend the meeting are asked to park on West Avenue and walk to the parking lot to stay clear of construction trucks in the area.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation will present the city of Zumbrota and the VFW with the contents of the time capsule found in the bridge.
The MnDOT project engineer will be available to answer questions about the bridge replacement project and give a construction update.
