Bridge maintenance work on Highway 61 in Red Wing completed August 4
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Motorists may now travel on Highway 61 through Red Wing without delays, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Maintenance crews completed their work to replace a center median south of Bench Street on August 4.
This new center median improves the overall safety of the bridge. It replaced a rusted and aged concrete median.
MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones.
