Highway 56 in Dodge County reopened to traffic

 

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Highway 56 from Dodge County Road 34 to West Concord is reopened to traffic, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Highway 56 was closed and traffic was detoured during a concrete resurfacing project.

The completed project provides motorists with a smoother ride surface and a safer highway.

MnDOT thanks motorists for their patience during this six-week project.

MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones.
