Highway 14 near Stockton reduced to one lane April 14
ROCHESTER, Minn. —Motorists can expect delays on Highway 14 from Winona County Road 20 to Winona County Road 23 near Stockton, as maintenance crews remove brush and debris from the right of way, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Highway 14 will be reduced to one lane until Thursday, April 15 at 5 p.m.
The closure is necessary to maintain motorists’ safety while trees are removed.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones.
