Highway 74 in Fillmore, Olmsted, Winona counties fully opens to traffic
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Motorists can now drive on both lanes of Highway 74 from Chatfield to St. Charles, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Highway 74 was down to single-lane traffic controlled by flaggers and a pilot car while crews resurfaced the road.
The completed project provides motorists with a smoother ride surface and safer highway.
MnDOT thanks motorists for their patience during this project.
MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
