Bridge repair requires lane closure on eastbound Interstate 90 over the Mississippi River
ROCHESTER, Minn. — Motorists will encounter a temporary lane closure on eastbound Interstate 90 over the Mississippi River on Wednesday, Oct. 20, beginning at 8 a.m., as crews conduct a minor repair on the superstructure beneath the bridge deck, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The equipment needed to complete the repair requires a lane closure and the work is expected to take one day, weather permitting.
MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones.
