Highway 13 construction in Freeborn County complete
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Motorists traveling on Highway 13 between Interstate 90 and Highway 30 can now use both traffic lanes, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Highway 13 was down to single-lane traffic and controlled by flaggers as crews resurfaced the road.
The completed project provides motorists with a smoother ride surface and safer highway.
MnDOT thanks motorists for their patience during this eight-week project.
MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
