The Highway 113 Pedestrian Study will review opportunities to improve pedestrian safety and connections for people walking along and across Highway 113 between Highway 59 and Highway 71 on the White Earth Reservation. The Minnesota Department of Transportation, in partnership with the White Earth Nation, will develop the study through 2023 and identify short and long-term infrastructure improvements to the highway. The study process will include community and stakeholder engagement to understand existing issues and opportunities to improve safety for people who walk in the area.
