Public Meetings
- The final public open house was held on Feb. 24, 2011, at the Detroit Lakes campus of MSCTC.
The purpose of the final meeting was to present the study's findings and discuss the recommendations based on the findings.

- The second public open house was held on July 14, 2010, at the Detroit Lakes campus of MSCTC.
The purpose of the second meeting was to present various alternative transportation concepts for each of the study's sub-areas.
