Highway 9 railroad crossing work near Tintah begins May 7
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – Motorists on Highway 9 north of Tintah will encounter a detour and delays when a railroad crossing project begins May 7, weather permitting.
Canadian Pacific will replace the current railroad crossing.
During the project, Highway 9 will close and motorists will detour onto Highway 55 and Highway 75.
The work is expected to take up to one week.
The project will result in a smoother railroad crossing.
