DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — Motorists on Highway 9 northeast of Breckenridge will encounter a detour and possible delays when a bridge replacement project begins Aug. 19, weather permitting.

Crews will replace the bridge at Wilkin County Ditch 31 about three miles north of Highway 210.
