Hwy 7 is now open north of Milan
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — (12:30 p.m.) The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota State Patrol have opened Highway 7 north of Milan.
Highway 7 was closed around 7 a.m. due to a serious crash.
