Hwy 113 culvert replacement project begins Oct. 30
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — Motorists on Hwy 113 near the village of Elbow Lake will experience lane closures and delays starting Tuesday, Oct. 30, during a culvert replacement project.
Traffic will be reduced to a single lane while work is in progress. The project is expected to take about one week.
