Highway 27 culvert replacement project near Lake Oscar begins Oct. 5
DETROIT LAKES, Minn.—Motorists on Highway 27 between Hoffman and Highway 114 in Douglas County will experience delays when a culvert replacement project near Lake Oscar begins Wednesday, Oct. 5.
Traffic will detour to Douglas County Road 1, Highway 55 and Highway 114.
The work is scheduled to be completed Wednesday, Oct. 12, weather permitting.
