I-94 work between Rothsay and Hwy 59 begins Sept. 6
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — Motorists on eastbound Interstate 94 between Rothsay and Hwy 59 may experience delays when a resurfacing project begins Sept. 6.
Work will require lane closures for eastbound motorists only.
The project is scheduled to be completed in early October, weather permitting.
